The London message is very strong. Cooking classes are held every month where people are taught how to prepare healthy and probiotic dishes with kimchi at the heart.
Nepal
In January 2023 Kathmandu was home to the first class overseas where one of the most famous vegan restaurants in the city, thanks to our help, began producing kimchi to support the
well-being of its customers.
India
In January 2023 we had the opportunity to teach how to make kimchi in Mumbai as guests in one of the oldest schools related to body care, PRISIM. Founded two generations ago, it used cooking with the sun on a great circular panel with space in the centre for a cooking plate.
Today an 80% raw food restaurant has been opened inside, managed by Prana, who is continuing in her mother's footsteps. She spreads the message of a healthy life linked to yoga, massage and food as an energy that completes the circle of living a healthy life in harmony.
Also in January 2023 we were guests of the Devvrat yoga school on Varkala beach. Mr. Mouquet, owner and manager of the restaurant attached to the school, welcomed us with open arms and together we revolutionized the kimchi recipes based on local ingredients. We made mozzarella but first of all we made soy milk which was difficult to find locally. We continued with the caprese pizza and the vegan meatballs with the soy milk waste and finally we also made tofu!
It was an unforgettable experience creating dream dishes from very little!
Thailand
In February 2024 on our trip to Thailand, we laid the foundations for the following years, and in Bangkok we had the opportunity to teach the first place winner of Iron Master Chef Thailand 2023 how to make kimchi. It was wonderful to share this experience with such a high level chef.
Italy
The Italian tour began in 2021 with the presentation of the text in Italian.
The promotional presentations that took place in various cities in central and northern Italy led to the creation of various communities of people who started making kimchi at home.
In February 2023 on a cooking class tour we left Milan and the Graziella Fumagalli hotel school,
where the young students had welcomed us with open arms.
The tour continued in Brescia, Rifugio Cristo Re' located on a mountain top,
with a church from the 1600s and a shelter for wayfarers.It was like going up to Paradise.
We had the opportunity to teach cooking on two wonderful evenings.

Padua, Pasticceria da Angelo, is our vegan fixed point thanks to Domenico's generosity.
Every year we give a presentation of our vegan recipes, helping more and more people to cook healthy and fermented foods at home.
In Bologna, we were hosted by the SPAZIO AMRITA centre, a beautiful centre in Carpi, Modena.
It was a wonderful evening with people of all ages. Thanks to Marina and Andrea for your support. In Florence, to conclude the 2023 tour, we were guests of the SMS Peretola where we held two evenings of courses with full houses.
January 2024, another tour started: The Graziella Fumangalli culinary school in Milan wanted us to be present once again to teach young chefs how to prepare fermented food.
Young people are our future, and seeing the enormous passion of these kids for learning new and healthy food preparation gives us hope that we are doing an exceptional job.
On the same date we held a class in a contemporary art gallery, where the bizarre people of Milan discovered how to create healthy and probiotic recipes.
The journey continued in another school in Padua, at a professional chef institute, the Dieffe Academy. This school gave us a lot. The kids were enthusiastic about learning the world of fermentation, and teachers and students merged in a unique experience among food tastings, questions and sharing.
The next stop was Florence where at the EcoPoind organic shop in the southern area of Florence, we were fully booked with an adult audience already familiar with the world of well-being.
